The individual must have a face-to-face visit with their doctor to determine needs and receive an order for equipment and a therapy evaluation.

After the therapy evalutation is complete, we will receive a quote for the equipment, add the information to our system, and receive a sign-off on necessary insurance paperwork from your doctor.

We will receive approval from insurance and order your necessary equipment.

After your equipment arrives with us, we will schedule delivery to get your equipment to you in a timely manner.
